Have received the Sacraments of Baptism, Reconciliation and First Holy Eucharist.

Have attended CCD classes regularly.

Have attended weekly mass regularly and signed the log-in book at church, or  submitted a signed bulletin from the church where the candidate attended.

Have completed the mandatory service hours.

Have submitted a report written on their Confirmation name and corresponding Saint.

Have selected a sponsor in good standing with the Catholic Church as set forth by the Diocese of Scranton and submitted a sponsor card/letter on their behalf.

Have attended and participated in all retreats.
